Subprocessors
A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf to help us run rickub. We keep the list short: active subprocessors are in the EU, or in a country the European Commission has recognised as offering an adequate level of protection. Any provider we may engage in the future is listed separately and clearly marked as not currently active. This page is the current, canonical list.

Potential model providers (not currently active)
The Athena AI code-review feature may use a third-party model provider. No model provider is active today: Athena is disabled by default, and no code is sent to any external model. We publish the providers we may engage below so this page is current before any engagement, per the policy in Changes to this list.

We will update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data. Customers under our Data Processing Agreement may subscribe to notifications and object on reasonable data-protection grounds by writing to privacy@rickub.com.
