    Adds docs/PRIVACY.md (the secret-locked deposit/claim workflow, off-chain requirements, the front-running window, and TypeScript snippets) and docs/MULTICHAIN.md (the CREATE2 + WETHRegistry determinism mechanism, deployment, and verification), each with a table of contents. README.md links to both.
