Add privacy and multichain docs #7

    What

    Two new top-level reference docs:

    • docs/PRIVACY.md — the secret-locked deposit/claim user workflow, off-chain requirements, the front-running window and its mitigations, and TypeScript snippets for the off-chain steps.
    • docs/MULTICHAIN.md — the CREATE2 + WETHRegistry mechanism that gives LOVE one address per chain, deployment steps, and how to verify determinism.

    Both linked from README.md.

    Why

    This content existed only scattered across README.md and docs/notes/ design journals; these consolidate it into dedicated, user-facing reference docs.

    Done looks like

    • docs/PRIVACY.md and docs/MULTICHAIN.md exist, each with a table of contents.
    • README.md links to both.
