  ## Contexte
  Draft [#1 — draft](.tickets/issues/0001-draft.yaml) : `/` affiche les commandes exposées par l'agent via ACP ; Tab sélectionne. Avec plusieurs agents : `/<agent>:<commande>`.

  ## Choix et justifications
  - Source : la notification ACP `available_commands_update` (à confirmer dans [#2 — Spike : maîtriser le protocole ACP et le valider avec mm](.tickets/issues/0002-spike-maitriser-le-protocole-acp-et-le-valider-a.yaml)). On met en cache la liste par session.
  - Avec **un seul agent** dans le channel : `/commande` (simple). Avec plusieurs : la popup affiche `/<agent>:<commande>` ; taper `/gar` filtre sur l'agent puis ses commandes.
  - On ajoute quelques **commandes locales** à Sidekicks préfixées différemment (ex. `/clear`, `/invite`) — à trancher pour éviter les collisions.
  - Garfield (skills) est l'agent de test.

  ## Critères d'acceptation
  - [ ] Les commandes de Garfield apparaissent et s'exécutent.
  - [ ] Syntaxe `/agent:commande` fonctionnelle avec 2 agents.
  - [ ] Description de chaque commande visible dans la popup.
