ACP traces — mm v1.0.3

Real JSON-RPC traffic recorded on 2026-10-29 with spikes/acp-trace, one agent at a time. One line per message: ms since start, dir (client→agent or agent→client), msg (the JSON-RPC message). Analysed in ADR 0001.
