preserve ordered GTFS patterns and publish journey data

combine compatible full and short-turn departures chronologically

derive uncertainty from candidate routes and preserve source times

add arrival selection and migrate favorites and journey-bound caches

display journey uncertainty on the watch without changing wire budgets
