feat: Ship Lapin Futé v1.0.0 #21

  Summary

  • release all workspace packages as Lapin Futé 1.0.0
  • publish the configuration site to Bunny with HTTPS enforcement, schema and byte verification, bounded remote reads, automatic restoration, and manual rollback tooling
  • compare catalog source revisions and skip unchanged catalog uploads while preserving manifest-last publication
  • build the production PBW, generate checksums, and publish the GitHub release automatically from version tags
  • add the RePebble icons, screenshots, and banner for Emery and Gabbro
  • update the README with the public RePebble listing and installation instructions

  Validation

  • npm test: 242 tests passed
  • the v1.0.0 release workflow completed successfully
  • the production configuration site serves version 1.0.0
  • the GitHub release contains the PBW and SHA256SUMS
  • the RePebble listing is public for Pebble Time 2 and Pebble Round 2
