Release notes install snippet hardcodes amd64 #5

  The install snippet release.yml writes into every release's notes is:

  tar -xzf rickub_<version>_$(uname -s | tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]')_amd64.tar.gz
  

  On an Apple Silicon Mac or a Linux arm64 box that names an archive that is not the one to install. The arch should come from uname -m (x86_64 → amd64, arm64/aarch64 → arm64), and the snippet should fetch the file too, now that releases/download/<tag>/<asset> works.

  Fixed on main in f4dae4e (verified against rickub.com with a rebuilt binary; ships in the next release).
