chore: go mod tidy — the new test helper imports pflag directlyUnverified
cmd/repo_test.go's execute() clears the Changed bit on every flag in the command tree (a stale one would make `edit` send a field nobody passed), and the visitor signature names *pflag.Flag. pflag was already in the graph as cobra's own flag package; it is now a direct requirement, which is what security.yml's module integrity step checks for.
