Call the lead post the most recent one in Spanish tooUnverified
"Último" is the last one, which above a list of posts reads as the end of the archive rather than the top of it. The label means the newest, which fr and pt already said - "Plus récent", "Mais recente" - and which en and ja never confused. Spanish now says it the same way.
