Carry the hello world post into the other four languagesUnverified

Multihost builds each language as its own site, and a content file with
no language suffix belongs to the default one alone. So the post existed
on mykiwi.blog and nowhere else: es, fr, pt and ja each built a home page
whose index-body was empty - the colophon, then nothing - and a feed with
no items in it. Four of the five sites had nothing to read on them.

Give each one the file it was missing. They are identical to the English
original, because there is nothing in this post to translate: the body is
the plate shortcode, which was written to be shared this way rather than
copied five times.

The title stays English too. "Hello world" is the name of the thing, not
a greeting - it is what a developer writing in any of these languages
calls the first program - and the plate under it is a fixed bitmap
spelling those English words, carrying them as its accessible name. A
translated heading would disagree with the picture it introduces. It also
keeps the post at one path on all five sites, since permalinks end in
:slug and :slug urlizes the title: the footer's language switcher and
baseof.html's <link rel="alternate"> pairs stay path-identical, and no
URL has to carry an accent or percent-encode a Japanese one.

What is translated is everything around it, and already was - "1分で読了",
"Melhorar esta página", the feed page, the colophon, the licence.

Checked per language: one item in each feed, the post at
/1990/04/13/hello-world/ on all five, and each of its six hreflang
alternates pointing at that same path on the right subdomain.
