Fade a link's ink once the reader has already followed it

Scoped to where a reader is choosing what to read next: the post
body, the lead post, and the older-posts list. Menu and footer links
are unaffected. The underline stays the accent colour throughout;
only the text dims, and hover still brings the accent back.
