    Document why deposit(uint256) and deposit(bytes32) need a wETH approve first, the ways around it (payable depositETH, EIP-2612 permit, Permit2), and the proposed depositETH design. Done when docs/notes has a note covering the options, the recommended design and the CREATE2 address caveat.
