Document which parts of the upcoming Ethereum upgrades (Glamsterdam, Hegotá) matter for LOVE, in docs/notes.
Why: state-gas repricing (EIP-8037, EIP-8038) will raise deposit and claim costs, the ZK docs quote pre-fork gas figures, and a relayer-fee circuit change is cheapest before the ceremony is frozen.
Done when docs/notes/ethereum-upgrades.md covers fork status, the EIP-by-EIP impact on LOVE, gas estimates flagged as draft numbers, and suggested follow-ups, with sources linked.
