Add first-operation flow to gas in LOVE note #21

  The note says the first operation on a chain is charged in LOVE at cost, but LovePaymaster pulls during validation, before the batched approve has run, so on the first op there is no allowance to pull against.

  Add a First operation subsection: pull in postOp for allowlisted batch shapes (approve + deposit, approve + claim, approve + transfer), with a validation-time check that balance covers the spend plus the max fee. Anything else falls back to LoveSponsor. Fix the step table and the components section to match.

  Done when the note describes how a user with LOVE and no ETH sends their first transfer, and states the limits (fee larger than balance, no bundler on the chain).
