Add mainnet deployment section to ZK docs #20

Document the path from the testnet-grade ZK pool to a mainnet deployment in docs/ZK.md: finish the ceremony and freeze the artifacts before deploying (the verifier is part of Love's creation code, so the CREATE2 address depends on the zkey), deploy and verify with script/Love.s.sol, and the launch limits worth knowing. Kept short on the ceremony and constraints for now. Done when docs/ZK.md has the section and the CHANGELOG mentions it.
