Add anvil end-to-end test for the ZK pool #19

Add a node script that runs the full private-pool cycle against a local anvil: deploy, deposit, prove with zk/lib.mjs, claim, and a double-claim revert. Stop pnpm from writing packageManager into zk/package.json. Done when pnpm e2e passes on a machine with anvil and forge.
