    Add the GPL-3.0 LICENSE file the README already names, and add a Docs section to the README linking the three docs. Done when LICENSE is at the repo root and the README links docs/MULTICHAIN.md, docs/PRIVACY.md and docs/SUPPORTED_NETWORKS.md.
