    Add docs/SUPPORTED_NETWORKS.md: the 14 chains the WETHRegistry allowlist covers today, plus the 2026-09-18 survey of OP Stack mainnets and other candidates — which need only a chain ID, which need a new codehash, which are unreachable, and which are excluded by design. Done when the doc lists every chain with its status and the extension path before launch.
