Add supported networks to README #12

Add the 14 allowlisted chains (name, chain ID, implementation) to the README's allowlist section, so readers can see where LOVE can be deployed without opening WETHRegistry.sol. Done when the README lists all 14 chains and matches isKnownImplementation.
