    PR #9 (issue #10) scoped the wETH allowlist to the chain each codehash was
    reviewed on, but merged without its CHANGELOG.md entry.

    Done: [Unreleased] documents the fix, the breaking signature change to
    isKnownImplementation and UnknownImplementation, and the moved registry and
    LOVE deployment addresses.
