refactor(templates): motifs inline récurrents en classes, reliquats px en remUnverified

Les styles inline répétés des templates deviennent des classes dans
style.css : .section-title (h2 de section), .hint / .hint-sm (textes
atténués), .option-title / .option-sub (lignes des sélecteurs équipe,
thème, graphiques), .link-title / .link-sub (cartes-liens de Réglages),
.btn-lg / .btn-xl (boutons de validation), .field-lg (champs 18px de
login et inscription). Les font-size inline restants passent en rem ;
les min-height de cibles tactiles restent en px (WCAG 2.5.8).
Audit axe (16 écrans) : aucune violation critical/serious.
