feat(ui): écran de choix « Ajouter » + mode large ≥ 700 px (design resync)Unverified

Onglet Ajouter : atterrissage à deux cartes (lancer le minuteur / saisie
manuelle en deux étapes) conformément au design (addLanding « deux
boutons ») ; l'étape 1 passe par ?mode=manuel avec « ← Retour », le
bandeau flottant « Lancer le minuteur » disparaît (remplacé par la
carte). Mode large : rail de navigation 232 px avec logo, cadre 960 px
centré, sheets en modales centrées — pur CSS (@media), zéro variante de
markup. Audit a11y : 13 écrans, carte accent-deep (4.5:1), vert.
