# .memory — project record for whoever continues building mini-me

Read this directory before doing anything else in a session.

| File | What it is |
|------|------------|
| `summary.md` | Snapshot of the project as it is now: architecture, decisions in force, real commands. Edited in place, never regenerated. |
| `history.md` | One dated entry per session, appended at the end, never rewritten. |
| `handoffs/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md` | Where a session stopped: work in flight, next steps, traps. |

`docs/` is for people who use `mm`; this directory is for people who build it.
